Hey Surfie, I don’t think Trump even understands what tariffs are, honestly. His lack of knowledge about history and his simple idea that America is the envy of the world just show how out of touch he and his base are. The stock market drop might have finally opened his eyes a bit today. I think chatting today with more level-headed leaders like Sheinbaum and even Trudeau helped bring him back down to earth. What persists is the torment he brings but I think the worst of it may be over.
